Easily pairs up with other Garmin devices, and gives a loads of run analytics for the number nerds and professionals.Great device if you are seriously looking for improving run times /speed /cadence/HR training.If you are just looking for tracking HR whilst running there are cheaper options in the market.The build quality is great and the belt is quite durable and much better than Garmin HRM Dual.
