The seller had the mat shipped separately via DHL, and the treadmill shipped via GLS. I only had received a tracking number for the mat, which arrived in the morning. I then was under the impression that my order had not been fully processed. GLS showed up with the treadmill late in the evening, much to my great relief.So far, the unit itself seems basic, but solid, and was super easy to set up. We adjusted the belt a bit—instructions for that are clear in the manual.I am looking forward to using my new treadmill on the many, many rainy days in Holland.
