Terrible quality rod and reel

I love it. Quality is amazing

This fishing rod set is quite good value considering everything you get. The rod and reel work fine, it’s just a pain to get the line onto the reel, it would be better if it came already on. The gloves are very comfortable with an adjustable strap depending on your wrist size. There’s a few things I did not like about this however. For starters, the artificial maggots and corn was a very cheap plastic. I wouldn’t fish with it. The frog lure is also quite small compared to any other ones I bought. The line is also cheap, which is expected and red. There’s nothing wrong with red line my preference is just clear line. It is quite easy to cast and the rod is a good size and has a stable base. It’s quite convenient for storage as the rod can become quite small, making it very easy to take fishing with you. Overall, this is a great set for beginners and I’d recommend, the only thing I’d say is get some better line.
