This is not the same as OEM. My image has the OEM Nova Pro Wireless headband on the top and the Geekria one on the bottom. It's shorter but true to what they claim the size is, it'll affect how the headphones will fit and be tighter.The main difference is just the overall quality. Their pictures are probably the OEM headband but what you get isn't that. The overall build quality is significantly worse with the band being tougher and more rough, and especially the attachment points being flimsy rather than a solid plastic tab. It still attaches acceptably and seems to stay on my head, but the longevity of the attachment tab is in question.I wouldn't really recommend this since it's ~$15 vs the OEM being $20. I would rather pay $5 more for a significantly better quality headband.

Terrible as it’s smaller than the original and due to the way it connects it refuses to stay on and will fall off when you put on the headset

The material around the holes is really poor quality, so the band keeps coming off
