Programmed the controls in less than two minutes - they worked perfectly! The remote is referred to as the TV-10 in the instructions. The big "1-2" button (top-left) allows you to program for two devices such as a TV and a FreeView box. I had only one device, a TV, so start learning mode by holding buttons "1-2" and "+" (volume up) down together for 5 seconds on the TV-10 until the little red LED beside the little '1' symbol comes on. You're now in learning mode for device 1. Then simply point your TV controls at the TV-10, placing them end to end. Press volume up on the TV-10, then volume-up on your TV controls. The TV-10 will flash 3 times to acknowledge it has learned the button. Repeat for all the other buttons, then press "1-2" again on the TV-10 and it's done!One thing. My mother, for whom the controls are intended, might press the big "1-2" button and what would happen? Easy. Program device 2 to be your TV. To enter learning mode for device 2, you hold down "1-2" and "^" - which is 'channel up'. The little red LED beside the little "2'" symbol will confirm you're in learning mode for device 2. Then follow the same steps as above. Like I said, everything described here took literally two minutes. And it worked beautifully on a new Sharp 32 inch TV.And the settings stay when you remove the batteries, I checked (at least for the few seconds they were out from, but it's likely to be permanent). Going to buy a backup TV-10 in case these get dropped, eaten by moths or stolen by Hobbits in the night. Wonderful they are.

Cumple con lo que buscaba. Muy fácil de configurar. Lo necesitaba para sustituir el mando de una TV nueva con botones muy pequeños. En el "1" he configurado los botones básicos para mi padre, y en el "2" los he configurado para manejar yo las otras funciones de la TV. Muy satisfecho.

Habe die FB für meine Mutter gekauft, damit sie keine Einstellungen mehr verstellen kann. Große Tasten. Programmierung funtioniert ohne Problem. Bei nur einem Gerät wäre es gut, wenn man die Umschaltung für 2 Geräte deaktivieren könnte. So habe ich die gleichen Funktionen von einem Gerät auf beiden Ebenen der FB programmiert. Auch noch ein Tipp: Einige Tasten farblich gestallten. Klare Kaufempfehlung.
