The bracket was easy to install and worked well for a year.Then stopped working.The seller has been very helpful, via requested videos/photos, he diagnosed the sender unit as the fault. He sent us a replacement sender unit and a replacement remote control unit - at no cost to us!!!!Just plugged in the replacement sender unit and the motorised bracket is fully functioning again - excellent.Our thanks to the seller fir his help in getting the unit working again.We can happily recemmend both the motorised TV bracket and the seller very highly. Der TV Lift ist super und auch sehr stabil. Wir nutzen ihn nun seit 3 Monaten täglich. Wir haben direkt noch 2 weitere nachbestellt für Familienangehörige. Klare Kaufempfehlung, wenn man eine Lösung zwischen Bett und Schrank sucht. So muss das Gerät nicht im Schrank verstaut werden, was nur unnötig Platz verschenken würde. Hochgefahren stört er auch nicht, wenn man durch den Raum geht und bei unserem Schwebetürenschrank kommt man trotzdem mühelos an den Inhalt.
