Eigentlich habe ich ein Adapter von 1/4 auf ER11 gesucht.Der Adapter war letztlich eine Alternative, um 3,175 mm Fräser zu verwenden und hat sich insgesamt als eine gute Lösung bewährt.Die Hülsen könnten jedoch doppelt so lang sein, da sie so komplett in die Spanzange hineinrutschen.

This adapter is perfect going onto my 1/4" M18 router and performance is great, no slips, and no heating problem. This allows me to use the larger, more powered routers to couple with smaller bits and get an even smoother job done. The collet adapter has chamfered inlet edge which makes it easy to slip the router bits in. The collet appears to be made of very strong spring steel which did remain good memory position upon loosening the collet to retrieve the bit. Clamping is extremely accurate and strong where I didn't have worry about slipping at all. Genmitsu has become a major maker under my radar now. I have their 4040 Pro and am very satisfied at this adapter they made to fit my Milwakee tools into the CNC activities. Highly recommend this brand.

I have some 1/8" CNC bits I want to use with my router. But my router only has a 1/2" and 1/4" collets. This is an adapter that fits in the 1/4" collet and then accepts 1/8" shaft bits. It fits snug in the 1/4" collet and clamps down nicely on the 1/8" bits. This will support what I need and it comes as a 4 pack so if one wears out I have more to fall back on. Should last me a very long time.
