・自作のNC工作機のルータ部として使用。私の手元に届いた物は、中心出しをする必要がなく、（簡易的な計測ですが）公差±0.1程度に収まっていました。すぐに使えました。　突入電流が大きい分、電流バッファ用の回路を軽く組む必要がありますが、そのぶん無理な負荷をかけなければ切削パワーは十分に期待できそうです。（どちらかというと、速い回転数で、浅く切り込み、切削速度は速めでといった加工に向いていそうです）・ほかのレビュアーの方は「突入電流が,,,」や「精度が,,,」と書かれていますが、突入電流に関しては適当なMOS-FETのバッファ回路（24V電源は余裕をもって10A程あれば十分かと、[容量5Aでもスロースタートで十分に使用できています]）を組み、精度に関しては恐らくマシンの剛性がないか刃物の固定が甘いだけだと思われますので、まともな使い方をすれば全く持って問題ないと考えられます。私は整流子の焼き付きが怖いので「20V/5A(過電流保護付き)」の電源で使用しております。　しっかりとした製品で、購入後半年を経過しましたが錆や劣化などは、ほとんどないように見えます(カーボンブラシも使用頻度が少ないので、半年の間そこそこな加工をしても、ほぼ摩耗していないような状態でした)。・自分の中ではかなり良い買い物でした。

If youre like me and upgrading the spindle on your cnc, youll probably be recommended this a lot, and honestly theres a reason for that, the standard motor on the cnc is 7k RPM, this is 20K and so a major improvement, if you want to feel the full effects of that, this will need its own power supply as it takes a fair bit, but it can still be ran at speed without just having less torque to it, the nut and collet provided is alright quality but safe yourself the hastle and buy one of each individually, youre buying a spindle, not those parts and so may be slightly off and make noise, which is why Ive given it a 4/5 on accuracy, as the vibration from that makes it majorly louder, as well as the added speed of course, but still having this spindle at such a low price has made milling softer materials so so much easier and better, with it even milling aluminium at a push (this is all without its own power supply like I said).So overall this spindle will get your job done, and done well at that, it is still a budget spindle, but is a damn good one and I totally recommend it.
