I’m a diabetic undergoing some serious dental work. Every morning I put some nonfat, sugar free yogurt in a bowl, mix it up with carrot juice and then stir in this cereal. I then go check my blood glucose levels. I have to eat something before taking my meds, so this is what I eat. It’s very delicious, nutritious and satisfying. Sometimes I blend in some avocado too.
