It's better than expected.In the box you get a nice thank you card, the booklet, 16 knots (8 sets of 2 pieces), the weight, a cooling blanket and what I didn't expect, a belt.At first I had too many pieces attached and it was too big. I thought that it was 1 big knot and if I remove that "1 piece", it would get a little tight. I used it like this the first two days. It ended up falling down. When I took the hula hoop off and it came off on the other side that I was trying to, I realized that the big piece was a pair of knots instead of 1 big piece. Now U have it the right amount of pieces and I'm loving it. It does make some noise, but that's not a problem for me. The harder you hula hoop, the less noise it makes. The computer makes me want to round up to a fixed number and after I stop and see that I passed the number, I would round up again xD. All in all a fun way to get some extra movement.

It is way too big. My waist is a little bigger than the smallest it should be able to get according to the images , but I would have to gain 20 pounds in order for it to fit
