I already have the G-Form for the knee and it fits very well. I measured my upper and lower arm and ordered the corresponding elbow guard. But it is too small. It is also difficult to get at the right place of the arm. So please order one size larger than the measurement!The quality of the product is good and the size of the gel around the elbow is good. Once the sleeve is at the right place, it is not uncomfortable.

Be sure, if you're size is in between sizes because hi limit and low limit measurements overlap from one size to the immediate next size, so be sure to give yourself wiggle room in sizing, they are compressing.

I wear these in case I fall (I'm 60ish years old) and they are quite comfortable and provide all the protection I need. I've fallen a few times with them and never gotten a scratch. The only problem: In 90+ degree weather when I go on a 3 hour all out ride I do occasionally get some heat rash on my arms, but I don't think there is anything that would prevent that. These are good quality light weight pad and I've bought two complete sets of elbow, knee and compression bike shorts. I've tried all the other gform ones and these really are the best version (and the latest version).

Love these. I use them for mountain biking, enduro races and bike parks. Not crash tested but they fit well, comfortable and they stay put. Recommended. Colour way I got was the urban black and white, a bit crazy but they were cheaper!!
