This was perfect for increasing difficulty of long walks. I’ve tried some light jogs with it but it’s a little too heavy for that in my opinion. Great for bodyweight workouts too. Weight is secured well to body with straps so it doesn’t move around much when moving. A good buy!

The vest is very well made, sturdy and fits perfectly. However, adjusting the weight is rather inconvenient as there are 30 little sand bags, 15 on each side, each weighing 300 grams.So if you're at the park doing weighted muscle-ups for example and you're working your way up to 10kg, you're constantly having to take the vest off to either remove/add more of these sacks which can become quite tedious.However, if you're planning on staying @ 10kg for the majority of your work out, I would highly recommend it.It's also decent for cardio but it's rather thick so you might want to look into lighter ones if you're just planning on running with it.

El chaleco pone que son placas de metal,pero son saquitos de arena.Para mí es un pro ya que se adaptan mejor.También decir que mido 1,90 y me cubre hasta el ombligo,vamos que es un poco más corto de lo que se ven las fotos,pero la ventaja de eso es que permite una mejor facilidad de movimientosLo ultimo reseñable es la comodidad,venia de uno del mismo peso de una marca top en todo material deportivo,llegaba a casa reventado después de mis sesiones. Para mi gusto este está mejor equilibrado,incluso la zona de las clavículas queda más descansada y menos cargadaVolvería a comprarlo

The description I read said that there were removable metal weights. The weights are of sand. That is why I returned the item. Aside from that, it appeared to be of good quality.

j'ai acheté ce produit pour mon conjoint qui pratique régulièrement le work out.Il mesure 1m86 et ce gilet semble bien s'adapter à un large panel de morphologies, dont la mienne.Les poids peuvent être ôter.Cf image du produit > chaque poche contient un petit sachet de poids qui peut être enlevé de l'intérieur.Le gilet ne gêne pas dans l'exécution des burpees, des tractations ou encore lors d'un footing.Par contre, pour les non initiés, il vaut mieux commencer doucement- 10 kg d'un coup, vous les sentez bien passer sur vos articulations.Mon conjoint est satisfait du produit donc je le recommande.(très bon conditionnement du produit lors de livraison)
