I cannot really fault this case and it was sent/received very quickly.The packaging left something to be desired unfortunately and I've left separate feedback for that, but otherwise there is very little to be concerned with, the case is excellent value for money.I was dubious about ordering at first, if it's priced so low there has to be a problem, right? Well as it turns out, yes and no. The overall condition is fine, everything is there, spare keys, nothing is broken etc. But the case does not come in its original Givi packaging, just a plain brown box, wrapped lightly in a thin lair of foam packaging. The spare key was loose inside the box and could have easily been lost. That aside, first impressions are it's still a new box, but presumably a shop second or returned item, or something along those lines. Fair enough, it's basically brand new and much cheaper than standard RRP, so that's fine with me.On close inspection there were two very slight marks on the case. Nothing too serious and I couldn't say if this was the original state of the case or a result of the packaging situation. Either way it's still a bargain, some minor marks might mean this is classed as 'soiled' which again explains the price, but they are VERY minor so not worth troubling over, especially as the box will inevitably get marked through use.Finally, once the box was mounted I discovered that the release mechanism was very stiff. At first it almost wouldn't budge at all and took a fair bit of pressure on the button to operate and get the box back off the plate. This I thought might be the primary reason for the box being reduced in price, the marks just an aside. So...NOT a big deal. A little bit of spray on grease (it's very accessible, no need to take the box apart), a few presses of the button to work it in and get the mechanism lubricated and everything was fine. The button is now easily operated, smooth as butter. I've been using the case for a couple of weeks now, including a trip to the Northwest 200 which meant more exposure to the elements than usual and there have been no issues.Aside from those tiny little marks and an easily remedied stiff release mechanism, this is essentially a new Givi case, complete with booklet, two keys, luggage strap etc, supplied in non-original packaging, at a much lower price than standard retail. I can't fault it, these issues are extremely minor. The biggest problem is the packaging itself, not the case. So if you're considering buying one I'd say go for it and save yourself some money.
