First of all, it's definitely NOT a high impact bra! Your girls are going to be bouncing around like there's no tomorrow. If at best, it's maybe a medium impact.I found the bottom band folded while wearing it and became SUPER itchy/irriting after I went on a 3km walk with my dog, I couldn't imagine how bad it would have been if I went running.It's lights weight and the shoulder straps are padded, which was nice because they didn't cut in. I also liked that it didn't have "removable" cup padding like most cheap bras do.I had high hopes for this but was greatly let down... I work in the mining industry and run equipment, so I need something that is actually high impact.
