It was a very good purchase, excellent quality my grandsons love it. Their cousin, who is a semi professional cricketer, was really impressed with the quality of the set.

Lovely item but wish I'd checked item sooner as was cracked and now had to tape it before use x

On first inspection the felt too light and is soft like balsa wood. The small print says to only be used with the supplied tennis ball therefore what is the point of the gloves? Whilst I'm on the gloves, my 10 year old has used them for two net sessions (once we'd bought a better bat!) Already, the seams have split on the padded areas and the stuffing has come out. Product ok for a knock at a family bbq or camping but don't be fooled into thinking its a proper starter cricket set.
