A great light for the money that I initially bought for photography.It turns out my wife likes it for makeup, my kids love it for taking crazy pictures of themselves and it's handy for livestreaming too as it's quite.Build quality on the light is great for the price, sure it's plastic but that's to save weight and it's very light in weight which is a good thing.The stand is a little flimsy but having one included at this price is really a bonus.

My last Ring Light was a total disaster, and since it arrived just when the shutdown started in March 2020, I couldn’t return it. The stand was built upside down, the pieces didn’t fit, it was trash. I’m so pleased with this one and it’s a little less expensive. It’s easy to set up, sturdy, flexible, and the lighting options are great for self-taping auditions, or whatever your on-camera needs are. If you need to use it with a laptop directly in front of it, then your computer may block some of the light. It’s great with my iPhone 11 Pro Max, or a video camera mounts very easily with the attachment provided, which is great when I’m taping other people. The brightness range is great as is the warmth, and toggling between the two gives great options for detail and contrast. There are much more expensive ones with more bells and whistles but this one suits my needs just fine. It
