Do you have multiple working triggers? This is the trigger for you! I loved this thing out of the box, it's so small and the touchscreen works great. IMO it looks super professional and it's not as bulky at the XPro II. I was hesitant to buy initially because touchscreens are terrible in general when compared to buttons. The joke is on me though when the device experienced critical failure NOT due to the screen.After a day or two of testing everything was working fine until the X3 just stopped firing flashes when camera takes a shot. I spent hours checking FW of everything, updating where necessary. It just stopped working. It still connects to flashes and can fire them but not when the camera takes a photo, obviously the most important feature of the device.If you have backup triggers that are reliable, this will be a great choice. You'll look super professional while shooting. When it stops working and gives you no useful information to diagnose, just swap in your XPROII!

The X3 trigger is the epitome of perfection. It is extremely compact and packed full of features. The screen is bright and uniform in clarity.The touch screen makes it very easy and convenient to use. If you don’t want to use the touch screen, there is a crown and button that allows you to navigate all the features of the screen.Of all the Godox triggers, this is by far my favorite trigger.

Bought one. Worked for 3 shoots. Replaced it with a new one. It worked for 3 shoots. Thankfully, I had an XPro. That never failed. I bought the updated XPro II instead.Don’t waste time with the x3
