I ordered two, one as a gift. The boxes are sturdy and came in a thick plastic bag with a good seal. The box was also cling film wrapped. There is a very clear label denoting the item is fragile. The boxes arrived undamaged, immaculate, however;I opened the box on the left and it was as you see, the internal packaging had shifted but amazingly nothing was broken even though all the pens were at the edge of the box huddled together.I opened the box on the right, the internal packaging was in place, although, I could see straight away there was a problem, one of the bottles had leaked. I continued checking the contents and found that one pen was broken, it's such a shame as this is a beautiful set. I wish the internal packaging was better designed/of sturdier material, and not layered, this enabled the pens to slip through and shift about. I can't be bothered to go through the hassle of returning the damaged one, I might see if I can find a local glassblower, and see if they wouldn't mind fixing it for a nominal sum.The price is reasonable (£16.99). External packaging very good but internal packaging is flimsy and does not keep the pens in place. The lids for the bottles of ink can be awkward to undo/do up. It comes with a basic set of instructions but covers the important details.I would say this is the perfect gift for someone who loves art or crafts. I have used one of the pens and it's comfortable to hold, and it is utterly fascinating how long the little amount of ink on the nib lasts. You do not need to press the nib to paper with any pressure, or you will risk damage to the pen. The lightest touch is all that is needed. Rotate the pen in your fingers while writing to enable more flow of ink.I will be using these in future and will find some good pen inks to use.

Je suis absolument ravi de mon achat de ces stylos à encre en verre. Le design est tout simplement magnifique, avec une superbe finition en cristal qui les rend non seulement fonctionnels, mais aussi décoratifs. Les 14 encres colorées permettent une grande créativité, et la variété des couleurs est parfaite pour tous mes projets artistiques et mes écrits.Les stylos sont très confortables à utiliser, et l'écriture est fluide et nette, ce qui est essentiel pour des travaux de précision comme la signature de documents ou la réalisation d'affiches. Le support inclus est un plus, il permet de garder les stylos organisés et de les exposer en toute sécurité. Je les recommande vivement à tous ceux qui cherchent à ajouter un peu de luxe et de style à leur art ou à leurs écrits !

Have have been looking for a set like this for a while and this is lovely. I found the pens easy to hold and the colour selection of the inks is really nice.

L'ensemble du produit est bien on voit qu'il y a eu un effort dans l'emballage des plumes (enrobé de papier à bulles)👍. Mais dès l'ouverture du produit j'ai pu observer que la notice d'utilisation était taché de rouge. Sans surprise j'ai constaté qu'il manquait l'opercule pour rendre le flacon hermétique ( j'avais déjà lu des commentaires sur ce problème c'est dommage qu'il n'ait pas été résolu) 😕 En revanche les plumes sont maniable l'encre s'écoule bien et est fluide (ça fonctionne très bien avec de l'encre noir a calligraphie Japonaise bien qu'avec cette encre c'est un peut plus compliqué a nettoyer elle sèche un peu mais le rendu est sublime) concernant les encres elles sont bien, les paillettes sont visibles lorsqu' on secoue bien le flacon et le nettoyage est super facile (eau +coup de chiffon -->fini👌)

Love, love, love this! I bought it for myself as a reward for completing NaNoWriMo. It is gorgeous, works brilliantly, strokes are so smooth. I expected myself to make a right mess with the inks, (because I tend to be clumsy with such things) and you know what...I didn't!It was so easy to use and did not allow those ugly ink blots to form on the paper. Impressive.The only concern I have is how thin and delicate the glass pens seems. Really hope that I do not break them because that would be heart retching! Well worth it and I can't stop smiling over them.Would make a wonderful gift for any writer friends you know.
