My couch's cushions were always sliding out and I was constantly having to readjust them or push them back into place. You could sit on it for just one night and even half way through it gets uncomfortable since the cushions were sliding. Anyone I know can tell you that I've hated my couch because of this issue. The Gorilla Mat has been a total lifesaver in my living room! I was so frustrated with my sofa cushions constantly sliding out of place. Purchased this for some bench cushions that kept slipping (wood surface), making them almost not usable. After setting this up and on the smooth surface and placing the cushions there was an immediate difference. I haven't had to adjust anything since the initial setup.
