Used this on my Meade 75mm telescope...sorry don't remember the exact model number right off the top of my head. It screws onto the 9x or 25x lens that drops into the viewing port. No part of this measures 1.250" so don't be scared off by that number. It is a "nominal" dimension. Like saying 1/2" pipe...

Was able to view moon features without burning out my retinas!
