I debated giving this Inpreda set (skid plate, engine and fairing guards) 4-stars or 5-stars - but ultimately I concluded the result merits all 5-stars.CONS:- Shipping takes time (from Turkey)- No instructions are provided - Inpreda YouTube video not great quality- Some of the parts, specifically the skid plate washers, did not fit great- Adds around 12 pounds (5.5kg) of additional weight to the bike- Ground clearance is reduced by at least 1-inch (2.5cm)PROS:+ Tube strength, welds and coating are all good+ Installation was straightforward once you learned the golden rule: keep everything loose until undertaking a final tightening (also 2 people is advisable for a quicker, easier install - est. 20-25 minutes with beers)+ The engine and especially the upper fairing guard tubes are nicely aligned with the contours of the bike, looks really nice+ Laying the bike on its side reveals the engine and fairing protection is substantial and well-placedFor me the weight increase and clearance reduction are trade-offs worthy of the substantial added protection. Overall the quality of the materials is good, and the installation pretty straight forward (especially keeping everything initially loose and having 2 people working together). I would definitely buy this set again for another Rally in the future. And by no means an exhaustive set of instructions, here are some notes we made:1. Remove stock front plate by removing the 4 small hex bolts2. Loosen to remove stock long center bolt from right side, and push bolt through and out the left side3. Use new long center bolt to feed through left side frame, new left engine guard, engine mount, new right engine guard and right side frame, tighten loosely with right side nut4. Attach new upper left side and right side engine guard to front frame using C-clamps with washers and lock nuts, keeping nuts initially loose5. Attach new skid plate to lower engine guard tubes using 2 screws and washers directly into the threaded plate holes and the other 4 using the slide-over threaded screw mounts, keeping screws loose6. Remove 2 stock upper fairing bolts and attach both new left and right side fairing guards first to new engine guard tubes, then using long bolts provided to the top of the fairing, keeping all bolts loose7. Tighten long center bolt by holding left side firm and tightening right side8. Tighten C-clap nuts evenly, then tighten the 2 single bolts to attach fairing guards to engine guard tubes making sure alignment is equal on both sides9. Tighten 2 new long upper fairing guard bolts10. Tighten 6 skid plate bolts11. Reattach stock front plate and secure with 4 hex bolts (if you cannot reach all 4 holes to reattach, you may need to lower new skid plate by removing screws, then re-secure after front plate installed)

Review for full kit, side bars, engine bars and crash plate. The order arrived around 20 days early. Ordered on Dec 28th, was shipped Dec 28th. Arrived Feb 11th. Eta was March 5th.The parts were delivered well wrapped in plenty of bubble wrap with the needed bolts, nuts and washers in a small bag strapped to each "section" ...engine, side, crash plateThe crash plate has some sharp edges but nothing to worry about, its also black not silver. No installation instructions, but if you take the time its pretty easy to install. Having a extra hands would help. Here's how to intall...1. Take the front plastic crash plate off (see pictures, 4 small bolts.) This gives room to work2. Unscrew/remove the long bolt by the foot pegsIts a bolt that looks to hold the engine in place on the frame, its probably going to be tight.3. Slide the left engine bar into place, between the engine and bike fram and slip the new longer bolt through the hole by the foot peg to catch the engine bar.Slide the right engine bar into place on the other side, and place the nut on loosly enough to wiggle the bars for positioning4. Using the U shaped bolts provided, lift the engine bars at the front, one at a time, and connect them to the bike frame. Place the provided foam between the bar and frame for vibration protection5. Tighten lower bolt by the foot pegs tightly and move the top of the engine bars into place onto the frame. Then tighten them all up.Thats it, for the engine bars.I ran into an issue with the side bars. The provided bolt is maybe 2 or 3mm too wide, so when the side bar sits on the new engine bars, you can't slide the bolt through.Next versions of the bars should be hopefully made to have a longer hole for the bolt to catch or just send narrower bolts.I wasnt able to attach the side bars, but I will as soon as I get narrower bolts. It'll be easy though1. Unscrewed plastic fairing by the indicator2. Place side bar into position in the plastic fairing hole.3. Slide side bar onto the engine bar and bolt it up.4. Bolt the top end of the side bar into the plastic fairing hole using the newly provided lone screws.Lastly the crash plate.Just line crash plate holes up with the eyes on the engine bars and using the provided nuts and bolts screw the plate into place

Bars were easy to figure out, even without instructions. They appear to be ok quality. The lower bars alone fit good however adding the uppers and skid plate required some forceful "adjustments" to the bars after they were mounted.Back of skid plate was angled the wrong way and required some more "adjustments"Could be a 5 star product if they had a little quality control or at least dropped the price to compensate the required adjustments by the end user
