There's a lot of material in this cover, and the package is surprisingly heavy when it arrives.It's not overly thick, but feels strong and sturdy enough to stand up to some typical British weather.The face of the material has a textured finish, with the reverse-side being completely smooth.I have used a cheaper versions of this type of cover before ('supermarket specials' so to speak), and they've all fell at the hurdle of UV damage. This one does look and feel better quality overall, so hopefully we're onto a winner... time will tell.The price is near the top-end (£37 at time of review) compared to some other 'similar-spec' covers on Amazon, so best to keep an eye on the price and look for any discount/specials.On a quality/value-for-money basis... 4-Stars.

I ordered the gracious gardens round furniture cover after getting frustrated by the standard green budget covers coming off, despite all efforts of securing the covers with the included drawstrings, a strong gust of wind ripped them right off. The gracious gardens outdoor cover has definitely made a difference from the weight of the cover and the included buckle clips to secure the cover, so far so good!The cover itself is definitely heavy duty and feels very tough and durable, it has a nice weight to it that will stop it blowing away with a gust of wind. The cover has a rougher finish on the outside and helps repel water and UV rays to protect your furniture. The cover i ordered was around 210cm wide which covers a table of140cm wide and chairs very comfortably.It's a strong price but that's the cost of quality, i must have bought 4 of the cheaper green covers and had i bought something like this product originally, i would of saved some money. Overall it's a great product and you get what you pay for.

This cover is somewhat heavier than others that we’ve tried and I’m confident that it will stand up to gales without getting lifted or ripped like previous covers have done. The double whammy of a buckle and cord to secure it to the garden furniture adds reassurance about its security in bad weather. The material feels tough and durable and, although we didn’t have any strong sun in the testing period, I’m sure that it will protect wooden furniture against fading in strong sunlight (if indeed you have it covered in summer).Overall, this is a bit pricier than the average cover, but you do get a heavier, tougher fabric for your money.

This is a serious table and chair cover and it’s not lightweight either around 5 kgs or so. It arrived just in time for this latest batch of bad weather and I’m confident of ever staying dry. It secures to the table and has a buckle for the legs the added cord will ensure it remains securely fastened. The fabric is thick and durable and able to be thrown over a table without fear of ripping or splitting. Definitely seems made to last and was extremely easy to put on by myself without assistance.
