Ottima per affettare i salumi compreso il prosciutto con la lama in dotazione.Ovviamente non devono essere pezzi troppo grossi e quindi i tranci di prosciutto eventualmente dovranno essere divisi in due.Molto facile da pulire la lama si toglie facilmente svitando il bullone di blocco e a quel punto è tutto visibile e pulibile.Il tutto è molto stabile con i suoi piedini a ventosa.

I had a cheap wood and plastic bread slicer that pales in comparison to this. It did eventually occur to me that every time I would slice my bread I was getting little pieces of plastic in it and on my knife and then I was eating that. Not to mention the fact that it was clunky and a very bad design. However this kitchen appliance is gold!! it slices like butter. My favorite feature is that the feet have a little suction cups so it’s nice and sturdy and doesn’t shift. It is one of the best splurges ever. If you’re a bread baker this is a must have. I recommend that you put it on your Christmas list and share it with your family!
