helaas fout bestelt, het bestelde is een KOOKpan maar moest BRAADpan zijn. Mijn huidige pannenset bestaat uit dergelijke pannen en dat is een uitstekende kwaliteit. Ga eerst mijn vakantie afmaken daarna bestel ik een beslist nieuwe.

Na 5 pannen besteld te hebben bij verschillende firma's en retour gestuurd te hebben omdat ze het bij ons niet deden op de inductieplaat. Deze green chef pan is volmaakt voor ons werkt perfect.Vrg. John Schreiner

De wok functioneert uitstekend.Maar...De wok wordt niet schoon in de vaatwasser. Bovendien spatten er nogal makkelijk stukjes uit de toplaag. Jammer...

De eerste 3 maanden zonder problemen kunnen wokken. Daarna snel zwart op de bodem van de pan en in de pan zelf is de coating laag over vrijwel de gehele bodem al verdwenen.

Ich hab die Pfanne jetzt seit ca. 2 Wochen fast täglich in Gebrauch und kann sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die Beschichtung ist sehr gut, das Bratgut bräunt wunderbar ohne festzukleben. Die Ceramikbeschichtung soll noch dazu gesundheitlich unbedenklich sein. Ich hoffe, das hat so seine Richtigkeit. Zum Reinigen einfach mit einem Stück Küchenrolle ausreiben. Durch das glänzende Edelstahl und die gute Verarbeitung macht die Pfanne einen sehr wertigen Eindruck. Der Griff liegt gut in der Hand, wird nicht heiß und da er zur Gänze aus Metall besteht, könnte man die ganze Pfanne auch in den Backofen stellen. Ich bin begeistert. Kleines Minus: Der Griff ist nicht angeschraubt, sondern genietet. Im Falle dass da was locker wird, kann man es nicht reparieren. Ansonsten absolute Kaufempfehlung meinerseits :)

Sep/4/2018:The quality of this pan is very good, I am amazed.The pan and grip parts are stainless steel so that it's oven-safe and easy to clean.Such right weight to handle by one-hand but not too light.I've only used this pen twice for frying rice and noodle with metal spoon (mildly, obviously) cleaned with plastic clean brush, but the coating condition was perfect as it was.It remains with some spots where I burnt my food, but that's obvious thing because it's supposed to be regardless of coating property which are also mostly cleanable by clean brush (no steel scrubber obviously).This is very good product from reliable branch and I don't know why this product has just a few reviews.I will update this review some months after.Sep/17/2018:Have used this pan for several times for various usages (steak, stir fried noodle and rice, baked pasta, etc) but this is perfectly good.Ceramic is very well coated such that you can even use metal spoon - don't do this though - for stir fry w/o skretch.Work well with oven, gas hob and obviously this should work for electric induction.It never sticks unless you burn sth hugely - which I did several time - but still foods don't stick even on the burnt parts.Very easy to clean with sponge and plastic brush (for burnt parts sake) since ceramic part pushes out remainders, sponge does almost all job and definitely no need to use steel scrubber.Sep/30/2018:Just wanted to report that you can actually fry eggs without oil.One should not fry something on any pan without oil and mine was extremely lazy and curious, but nothing stuck.The texture of fried egg w/o oil is like a pancake, quite amazed of eating that.Seeing some reviews for other products of this brand with the same coating still, I see most of bad reviews complaining about food being stuck on their pen after cooking.But what really happened was that they 'BURNT' their food, which has nothing to do with non-stick coating.When you burnt food, some carbonic molecules burn out and become black ashes mixed with hot oil so that it sticks to any solid surface.If one can create a pan that the black oily-paste of ash does not stick, he must consult this to NASA because they struggle against exactly the same thing.

La marque belge d'articles de cuisine GreenPan décline ici une nouvelle série "GreenChef".La première impression est la qualité de fabrication, accompagnée par un bon poids rassurant (en tout cas, certains évaluent la qualité par le poids de l'article). Beau fini en acier inoxydable, le faitout est toutefois beaucoup moins haut que la photo d'illustration de l'article (au moment de rédaction de ce commentaire en tout cas) : hauteur environ 11 cm, largeur 21,5 cm (en tenant compte du bord recourbé). Le couvercle est en verre, sans trou d'aération. La contenance est d'environ 3 l.Compatible tous feux, dont induction. Peut aussi être utilisé au four avec le couvercle, maximum de 180° (par sécurité, même si 220° est mentionné sur l'emballage).Le faitout et son couvercle passent au lave-vaisselle.En raison de la fabrication "tout métal", il est donc inévitable d'observer des poignées qui chauffent, selon le mode de cuisson. Attention aux brûlures.On prend vraiment plaisir à cuisiner, ne serait-ce de bonnes pâtes, dans de beaux accessoires comme celui-ci.
