Just after 2 months, the pan has greasy sticky layer which is not removable.

I was looking for a healthy non stick pan and to my research ceramic pans is the best,i ordered this pancake iron from greenpan, it arrived and looked great though each time I used it smoke and smell came from between the pan and cook top, I have induction stove, and after only few times using it my stove was destroyed both few scratches and some kind of layer was coating the stove from the pan, super sad my stove was destroyed and inhaling the probably poisonous smoke I did now want to use the pan again...DON'T BUY THIS BRAND in my opinion....

This may say pancake pan BUT it is fantastic for making crepes! I've always had difficult making crepes & I saw this looked like a crepe pan & guess what? It works! It allows you to make those beautifully thin crepes that won't stick to the pan PLUS it is toxin free! Don't use metal utensils on this pan. After a couple of minutes, simply lift up a little of the edges of the crepe all the way around with a silicone spatula then flip to finish cooking the other side for a couple of minutes. It works!

Je l'utilise pour faire des crêpes, mais aussi pour poêler des légumes,poivrons oignons... Je n'ai jamais eu une poêle de cette qualité, pas besoin de matière grasse ou très peu.Elle est très solide, à une très bonne répartition de la chaleur. Elle est un peu chère ce qui explique son prix, mais je pense que c'est un très bon investissement. Absolument rien à voir avec les tefal que j'ai pu avoir. Je recommande vivement
