I already have many of this range and many batteries so that part is given. I appreciate at the price it is not going to be as good as some other well known chainsaw brands but it is a pretty good compromise especially when you have the range. Keep in mind it is a small saw so really pruning etc but can handle some bigger work with care.

The first one that I received had a problem with the chain tensioning screw that refused to turn in an anti clockwise direction to allow the fitting of the chain so returned. A replacement was sent extremely quickly. However this had a problem with the battery which would not charge. At this point I decided to return it along with the spare chain that I had bought and requested a refund. This is not a model that Greenworks market in the UK so had to contact their EU organisation for advice. I am an experienced chainsaw user having owned a Sthil petrol one for over 30 years.Bye the way Amazon although I have received notification that I am being refunded for the chain and the funds will appear in my account within 7 days I am still waiting for confirmation that the money for the chainsaw will be appearing in my account. Both items were in the same package collected by UPS and I have had confirmation that you have received them. Altogether a very frustrating experience.

Produit qui semble de bonne qualité, le serrage de la chaine pourrait être un peu plus ergonomique, la clé du cache de chaine et de serrage ne peu malheureusement pas se ranger sur l'appareil, ce qui aurait été très pratique. Mais niveau puissance rien à redire, le poids est vraiment agréable, la poignée permet une utilisation à une main.la 2Ah est la bienvenue, mais on arrive vite a court, je dirais une 20ène de coupe mais une batterie plus grosse permet un temps d'utilisation bien plus confortable.

Questa motosega elettrica da potatura ricalca nella forma e nel peso quelle professionali dei giardinieri, che costano il quadruplo, infatti è il migliore compromesso fra manovrabilità, peso e bilanciatura. La tenevo d'occhio da tempo e quando ho visto che la offrivano a 199 euro con la batteria e il carica, l'ho comperata d'impulso, anche se ne possiedo già una di elettrica più economica che fra l'altro non è più neppure in vendita. Ha lo stesso identico peso di quella a motore professionale sempre da potatura che possiedo, cioè 3,5 kg compresa la batteria ovviamente. Altro dato importante è che monta una catena da 1/4" come tutte le motoseghe professionali da potatura, mentre al contrario quelle economiche usano catene da 3/8".La differenza è abissale, la catena da 1/4 non rimbalza mai e permette tagli veloci e precisi con pochissima segatura, dovendo asportare molto meno materiale.Il funzionamento è fluido e silenzioso, taglia come un rasoio anche i legno secchi e duri senza mai rimbalzare, uno spettacolo. La velocità della catena è ottima, quasi come una a motore a scoppio, nel complesso l'attrezzo da una bella sensazione di solidità...Ottimo anche il blocco catena in caso di contraccolpi e il freno motore istantaneo. Cinque stelle a questo prezzo sono tutte meritate. Nel rapporto qualità prezzo penso non abbia rivali.
