This spread is hands down one of the best purchases for my diet, the taste is great, spot on honestly, the texture and consistency is really quite good. It has changed up my breakfast game, i put this on cereal, oatmeal, or on some bread (like a savage) honestly this stuff is great.Really good price for what you get and super enjoyable, the ingredients are good and the nutrients are very good for a chocolate spread.

So I did like the taste and the whole reason I bought it was to add some protein to my breakfast. The picture advertising says there is 20g of protein but the actual jar says 4g
