The green olives paste by Frantoio Sant’Agata d’Oneglia is ideal spread on canapes to create delicious appetizers, but also to prepare pasta sauces or added to bread and focaccia dough to create tasty and original recipes. Compared to the Taggiasca black olives paste, the green olive paste has a stronger and more intensive flavor. The one produced by Sant’Agata d’Oneglia is embellished with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil of their own mill.
