Grohé, aucun souci !!!

After owning my Grohe faucet just two or 3 years, this screw on end piece failed and the button that switches between a spray or basic stream failed. It results in a bone chilling noise in addition to not being functional. No really, the noise is unbearable. I saw the replacement listed on Amazon so was forced to replace it with few alternatives. I saw one listed as "used" which I assumed has been returned and so cannot be sold as new, so I thought I could save a few dollars from full price. The piece arrived and even using my own washers to assure complete comparability, the end piece would not stay in the stream vs spray formats. It also leaked profusely where it threaded together. It was unusable so was returned. I ordered a new replacement from another site and all is back to normal. At least for another 2 years since this seems to be a design flaw by Grohe and judging by many other reviewers who own this expensive faucet. I have enjoyed Grohe products and quality in various fittings. Just can't recommend this entire faucet model and would advise to buy one of their other offerings

Typisch Grohe Qualität aber teuer....

This is a nice wand. Easy to turn the spray on and it has nice flow strength and pattern. The main reason that I gave it 3 stars is that the wands seem only to last about three years each. I am now on my third wand. I would have given it 5 stars if they lasted longer.Grohe also supplies a little tool but it doesn't seem to fit into anything on the wand. I hoped I could have used it to open up the wand to fix it but no such luck.

WE bought our original faucet wand in 2015. Since then we have needed to replace the sprayer unit three times at a cost of over $600 as the faucet sprayer component fails. We notified the manufacture last year and they did replace our unit under warranty. It lasted exactly 9 months and failed again as we used the sprayer very seldom. We reached out again to notify them of the unit failure but they have not responded. We simply want a unit that works, fits our current fixture component (the one made for the faucet wand) with one that does not have the sprayer options. They have yet to respond to our inquiry. In conclusion, we should just buy a different brand Kitchen Faucet. Recommend you do the same
