This shower head is wider than average at 110cm and comes with 2 settings the Rain setting (which is basically, as far as I can tell just the normal setting for a shower) and massage, which is more narrow (i.e. giving a greater pressure) and with a nice pulsating action.At 110cm I was worried that it might not provide sufficient pressure; on the Rain setting, I found the pressure was very good, good enough for a nice shower experience with the larger water spread and on the massage it is definitely strong enough for a massage-like experience. There is also a 2-setting eco switch to reduce the 'Rain' flow rate from the basic -15% reduction to -35%, but I found this actually had little effect on the what I experienced in terms of shower pressure (the -35% eco setting can't be used with 'Massage').Of course, this review depends on my own setup - I've got a combi-boiler, which provides about 15 litres/min flow rate in the shower room, which is maybe about 5m from the boiler - remember the longer and narrower your pipes from boiler/tank the lower the flow rate will be. I paid £28 from amazon (Sept 2014) so I think reasonably good value for a high quality head.

Very easy to fit, particularly if you have existing holes where you are replacing another shower rail set. This product has a quality look and feel to it and is very well made. Instructions could be better but it's not hard to figure out. Very impressed with the spray head which gives a variety of spray patterns. All in all delighted with this purchase and have since bought another one.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden. Die Einstellungshöhe ist leicht zu verstellen. Die Strahleinstellungsmöglichkeiten der Dusche selbst super! Die Duschstange ist aus Metall, die Halterungen aus Plastik. Die Chrom-Verarbeitung ist aber sauber, wie von Grohe gewohnt. Das Putzen ist ganz einfach. Und den glatten Duschschlauch haben wir uns extra so ausgesucht. Den kennen wir schon, haben ihn auch in unserer Badewanne. Das Wasser lässt sich ganz leicht abwischen - keine Chance für Verkalkung!
