1.5 pounds, 6" cooking surface. Takes seasoning well. Excellent small steel skillet. Used a cut down wine cork squeezed into the handle to make it more rigid....just watch the flames from the stove. A bit of oil and the fried egg came out perfect. Enjoy.

Well built pan just make sure you know what 8” is. It was smaller than i expected

8” pan for camping.Returned Ceramic Coat camp pan- Nonstick pans are fragile. Carbon steel is not and the cost is a fraction of name brand nonstick.Seasoned and NOTHING sticks to the pan.Washing simple soap and water. Can take a beating with metal fork and stainless steel utensils unlike non stick pans.Like it so much using in kitchen as daily pan as well.Handle fold beautifully and detaches easily.Love the heft and feel.Form and function and daily pleasure using this pan.

Had the pan for about a year now works well the coating has unfortunately started to come off though
