Feels nice, smooth glazing, it is really heavy, but that's cast iron for ya, plus the handle itself. Didn't test how even the heating too much, but so far seems really good~ Did arrive chipped the first time because there isn't too much protection, but they sent a replacement really quickly

I love cooking with this, versatile easy to clean. My only frustration is hot handle and a wee bit heavy for me to lift when full.

Ich koche echt gerne mit dieser Pfanne, seitdem ich sie habe.Auch wenn die Pfanne nicht perfekt aufliegt (sie wackelt ganz leicht auf dem Herd), ist die Wärmeverteilung gut. Anhängen tut auch nichts (klar, ist kein Teflon, dafür aber auch weniger Chemie als bei einer Teflon-Pfanne).Die Beschichtung hält bis jetzt auch super.Das eine Gusseiserne Pfanne schwerer ist als Alu, sollten jedem klar sein.
