GSX 300 Snow Edition

ive had 3 units so far the last one i got works well the others eather had severe issues (1 had a broken volume knob) (the other kept disconnecting) my third unit worlds fairly well however i think its because i didn't update the software when i updated the software on my first model it kept making the microphone garbled every hour or so forcing me to reconnect the unit on my current one the audio will cut out atleast twice a day forcing me to unplug it and plug it back in but i find that easier to do than 9 times a day for my microphone if im voice calls or video meetings for 80 euro!! this is WAY too expensive for what it is the unit is bassically a usb c earbuds dac the entire unit is basically empty on the inside so they could have made it way more compact aswell. i managed to get on amazon.com.be for 40 euros which would be well worth the price if the software wasn't so bad and buggy not to mention the 9999999 lumen light on the front of it that legitimately reflects off my screen like a window if i angle it so i cant see it so i had to cover it whit a cloth. (tldr) way overpriced for the hardware plagued whit qc issues software problems

Excellent quality boost to my headphones.Looks great.Easy to use.Tactile volume knob that doesn’t feel cheap.Only complaint is you have to cycle through every factory preset to reach your own EQ in the software.

Good controlEQ is nice volume is decent and the best part is you can tweak the mic EQ for good results.

Update (2 months after purchase):I've given up on this device. I've decided to buy another product instead. The microphone-in becomes half robotic after a few hours of use (until I unplug it and plug it back in).If you're in it for just the audio out then this does the job, but even simply that has its quirks.I do not recommend this product. It's plagued with reliability problems. I've spent far too much time dealing with its nuances. This is the first one star review I've ever written. This is coming from someone who actively uses Sennheiser headphones.Original Review:I've faced quite a few problems in the first week using this product, and was almost considering a refund. But after some tinkering, it now works reliably.I'll list down my issues in case if it helps anyone else:- EPOS Gaming Suite Microphone test not working- Solved this by upgrading both the device's firmware and the software's firmware- EPOS Gaming Suite not saving my configurations- I've seen many other people run into this problem, but- I'm pretty sure this is down to bad UI, rather than a bug in the software. You need to click the save icon inside the profiles dropdown every time you want to save. It does not autosave.- It occasionally turns off while I'm playing a game. This would happen at least once every few hours.- The volume light would turn off, and there would be completely no audio, but my computer still thinks it is plugged in.- After a quick google, it seemed like many other people had similar problems with it.- I ended up moving the cable from a USB 3.0 port on my computer to a 2.0 port, and that seemed to fix the problem. I'm unsure if it's some incompatibility in USB version or power supply consistency.- Nevertheless, this really shouldn't be a problem for a product at the RRP range.- This isn't really a problem, but why is this using micro usb? Sure, this sits on the table, and probably won't be unplugged ever, but this is priced as a premium product. I expect better.It's not all bad however. There are many things I love about the product. The hardware design is very modern and high quality, especially the volume knob. The EPOS Gaming Suite is visually eye candy. The microphone input was night and day compared to the built in one on my computer (with my GSP300). And the sound volume was more than enough for me.Unfortunately, all these pros are let down by a bunch of problems that make the overall product pretty mediocre.
