These boots were more expensive than some others, but seem well made & comfy. Originally I ordered my usual size 8 but they came up really small, couldn't get them on my feet. A replacement size 9 arrived quickly. I've worn the boots 4 times now for day long kayaking sessions, they are comfy & keep my feet warm. Ok for walking (short distances) & the zip makes them really easy to take on & off. I would recommend these.

These seem to be good boots, but they are as others have said rather broad at the toe end of the foot. As I am intending to wear them over dry suit latex socks, this wont matter too much. They are quite snug at the ankle which is ok for me as I have skinny ankles. I was hoping the sole was a bit thicker, which is the main thing I am disappointed about. They are probably an average thickness for these type of boots, but I expected thicker as they mentioned 'hiking' in the blurb.
