As all other reviews say, the Junior is closer to a large Adult size. I bought for 11 Yr old who measured well within size advertised. But when worn, on smallest setting, there is room for my hand both sides.It fits me (I wear size L/XL adult in other brands) with room for a thick hat.Real shame as its a really good quality, well padded helmet.
