I would like to thank GERGER for the wonderful way they resolved a problem. Firstly I would like to say there was nothing wrong with the product, my problem was the size was ok but the design was not wide enough for my feet. I requested a refund and waited for an eMail with the return label and instructions, for some reason this did not arrive. I contacted Amazon who in turn contacted GERGER who got straight back to me. without any fuss or question they offered me a full refund and as it had dragged on a bit said that I could keep the boots as compensation (I have given them to a charity shop. It's really affirming in this day and age that some companies are kind and prompt with sorting out mistakes. I would recommend this company to anyone, but perhaps check any boot comes in a wide fit.
