I'm 5'8" 140lbs and getting size M fits me just a little bit. The material is nice and comfortable, but slightly thin. But I guess any thicker might be too heavy. It feels quite well-made and it goes through the washer and tumble dry low well. It's quite baggy with lots of air, so I might wear another shorts underneath.
