First-time mom here. Been breastfeeding for 2 months now. My breast pads were always getting soaked from let-down on the opposite side. I bought the original Haakaa silicone breast pump before baby was born, but it is sooo big to use just for let-down, and baby kept kicking it off! Needless to say, I cried over spilled milk a few times. So I went searching for a smaller version, only to find this neat contraption!PROS:- The ladybug has just enough suction to stay on comfortably. Some reviewers said it wouldn't stay on. I would recommend 1) Make sure the pour spout is stoppered 2) Put the ladybug over your nipple then press on the front to release air and create suction.- It fits inside my stretchy nylon sleep bra.- It has little feet and a pour spout, so no spilled milk!CONS:- It makes a farting sound when applied. (This may be a pro, depending on your sense of humour.)- It sticks out, so probably wouldn't fit inside some tighter bras and would look strange under a t-shirt if you were to leave the house. (But when was the last time you did that anyhow?!)- It can't catch more than about 30mL before spilling out of the nipple hole.I hope this review helps some breastfeeding moms who are staring at reviews through bleary eyes at 3am. This product is really working for me. Just catch, pour into a container in your fridge, rinse (no, I don't wash it with soap every time), dry, and repeat! Good luck.

OMG. I should've bought this sooner! When my baby nurses on one side, SO much milk leaks out on the other side. I was tired of the waste. This product suctions great and it stays on even without a bra. It's sturdy. More milk came out even after it leaked all over my pants because I forgot this came in the mail. Lol.

Per chi utilizza il tiralatte è davvero preziosa, perché riesce a raccogliere molto più latte di quanto uno si aspetterebbe. Non è come le coppette assorbenti in stoffa dove le perdite si buttano via ma permette di raccoglierle ed aumentare la quantità di latte tirato. È facilmente lavabile ed è consigliabile sterilizzarla ogni tanto. Dopo 6 mesi di costante utilizzo ha cominciato a sciuparsi il tappino superiore.
