HAFLINGER uniseks-volwassene Hüttenschuh Paulpantoffels

I got these because i was sick of freezing feet,and i could not afford the more expensive Giesswein slipper boots.I knew they had no hard soles,so walking outside in the wet was O.U.T! Then i remembered...the russian valenki wearers of the world say that Felt dries very quickly when wet,especially if you simply carry on wearing them.The body heat dries them nicely ( I will wait and find out if that is true ).These are very light and comfortable slippers,and keep my feet delightfully warm and snug.I am size 6 UK,and got a size 6 UK size.They fit perfectly in bare feet,and stretch nicely to accommodate when i was wearing socks.I had to go into the loft yesterday,and wore my Haflinger Paul's.We have a small step ladder,which has a round,curved top which we have to stand on in order to get the height we need to get into the loft.I was amazed how the Non Soled Haflinger allowed my feet to snuggle and safely wrap around this dodgy part of the step ladder.When once i use to slip and slide dangerously,these Haflinger with no soles,allow my feet to grip slippery curved metal and safely move on it with a lot more precision and confidence.As with everyone who has bought these recently or during the summer,as yet,i have not had the opportunity to try them out in freezing weather.I suppose i will have to buy a pair of Giesswein if i want to go walking around outside in wet weather,although these are perfectly suitable for walking around in all outside weather conditions,at the end of the day..They arrived very fast and were in perfect factory condition,as was the box and inside packaging.
