It is great product , very solid . It is stainless steel 18/10, I knew it straight away when I got it in my hands . Instruction confirm it ( no eng instruction inside , but there is no point to translate sign 18/10 . That was only one thing what I wanted to know . Product it so simply to use , believe me

Stainless still, heavy duty made, who can not read Polish or Chehs can find all kind information on Utube or Google. Just made a ham, very good ham ! Got all spices , bags from Amazon, I am all set for next project !

I am disappointed as there is no English explanation but only Chech on the pack. The recepy is in Chech too..Also, did not find any sign about of the quality of the steel on the box. Asked the retailer to provide me with this inforamtion and am waiting for their response
