These arrived day before hottest day this year so I gave them the acid test right out of the box and they did not disappoint!I was specifically looking for a light weight sock for my work shoes as I do a lot of walking. I stayed cooler than normal by not having my feet roast on a 90 degree day... very pleased.I was a bit shocked about how small the sock is I thought these were boys socks .They stretch well as in a compression socks so they are bit confining but this doesn't bother me it might for you. I have size 9.5feet .As others have mentioned these are very thin material and may wear out fast but I don't want thick socks for summer.If you have size 10-12 feet go a size larger if available..
