You can connect one of these yourself with some video help. most of all with the detailed instructions in the box which have pictures of everything.I love my new shower, I love the temperature settings, I love the ease of switching between the two different shower heads and most of all I love that fact that I connected it.An architect client was here recently and used the half- finished bathroom. He admired the quality of the accessories. Hansgrohe and Gerberit. Both of them self-plumbed. So, Yes it's great and you will be glad you did.
