Excellent cold brew pot.fits nicely in fridge door (600 ml pot).Instructions in Japanese.Online instructions also in Japanese.Translation basically says put 50 grams coarsely grinded coffee into mesh filter basket, drizzle cold water slowly over basket until full, put in fridge.I leave mine overnight then toss coffee grounds .The glass jug then sits in the fridge ready to drink.I didn't notice until later the bottom of the filter unscrews which makes to much easier to empty and clean.Would be perfect if instructions were available in English too.

Melhor cold brew que já fiz, o material é delicado mas parece ter uma durabilidade ótima (cuidado bem, pra vida toda) o único problema é o tamanho. Não é possível fazer uma quantidade grande de drinks com essa jarra, principalmente se a família for grande.

最高です。雑味のないクリアな美味しさが、なんと材料をこのポットに入れて冷蔵庫に入れておくだけ、なんて簡単なの！何しろ電気を使いません、ガス使いません。部屋が暑くなりません、クーラー代かさみません。最高！ランクを大分落としたコーヒーであっても、まさかの美味しさ。このサイズでないとダメです。なんで、リピ買いして2本冷蔵庫に入ってます。作るのと完成して飲むのと。おすすめの使い方です。冬はかつをぶしパックと昆布で、美味しい水出しの出汁を作る予定です。買わないと損レベルの活躍です。

I'm delighted with this! I took another reviewer's advice and got the 600ml unit. It fits perfectly in my fridge, whereas the 1000ml would have been too tall. I'm not a huge coffee drinker, so this size fits my needs perfectly. I'll get several iced coffees out of one batch - put ice in a glass, add 1/2 cup of the brew, a little simple syrup for sweetness, and top it up with milk or cream. So handy to have ready in the fridge.
