In the last 2-3 years, I have noticed that the Hario servers are quite easily chipped or cracked, which is something that I do not associate the brand with, at least not to 10+ years ago. I am not sure if the quality of the glass has gone downhill but I had multiple servers that cracked extremely easy, although I am always careful.I will continue to buy their products, but possibly switching to a different server.

360ml is right for single person. Furthermore, it is easy to clean as your hand can reach down to the bottom.

Recently upgraded from 02 Hario server with a black plastic handle to this server and oh wow! This server is so cute! It is difficult to capture the real shape with a phone lens, but it appears very small, but still holds enough coffee for 2. I really like the lid, when properly on, it sits very securely. Bonus - it fits V60 dripper - great for cooling down if you want to trash the filter later.If you are deciding between this and Hario server with a black handle - I would go for this one, because it is so much easier to clean. I experienced dirt getting trapped under the black handle and I could see it from the glass side. I mean it is still on the outside, but I would feel ashamed to serve a gourmet cup of coffee to a guest from it fearing they might notice. It was impossible to clean, I tried to clean it in a dishwasher and it all got worse. Handle is impossible to remove, it only moves a little bit, but not enough to be fully cleaned.
