Bought this for my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk and my first use put it to the test. Heavy rain, gusty strong wind and hail. No issues and it perform very well. No water or ripped fabric from the wind. Zippers work well and the rear flap provided great shade and still kept the water out when opened. It fit well and was easy to install (7 minutes). Very happy with the product.

Very easy to set up and take down. Bag is a good size so isn't hard to put it back in. Super easy to take off to use vehicle for daytrips.With just the mesh door closed it allows airflow but still retains a surprising amount of heat (great for the cooler trips). With the awning closed it holds even more.Kept bugs and rain out really well and held up to a decent amount of wind before I took the awning down.I used poles I had for another tent and short bungee cords for the top to tighten it to the roof rack which was very useful (has loops provided as well as guy wires)The awning was bigger than I expected and very nice to have.My ONLY complaint so far is that the outer layer/awning doesnt have a double sided zipper (the mesh one does) so if you are using it as your entrance but want the mesh AND the awning down, it's kind of a pain to zip down the awning from inside the vehicle.

I have a peugeot 508sw and it fits perfectly. It looks and feels really good quality and all the zips worked. I bought the small size.Slight negative is the guidelines are white I think they should be black to match the tent.

I ordered another tailgate tent prior to this off ebay but it failed to arrive. In a hurry i ordered this off amazon and it arrived same day. I was a little worried it was going to look tacky but I have to say it is a decent piece of kit. You need to buy the poles for the porch, luckily I had alread got some. It fit the back of the Range with ease and the straps fit snug through the wheels. Because I kept the porch up the netted door is see through so i made a little blind from black taup and it was great. It's not going to stand heavy rain but I did have a small shower whilst away and it kept the wet and damp out. I had a few people comment on this tent so I directed them to this advertisement. I would recommend.
