Fairly heavy brass material -- looks good andnow seems hard to find in retail stores.

These are good quality brass numbers with predrilled holes and include philips brass mounting screws. The numbers are not full thickness casting, they are hollow in the back. They are easy to install, especially if you use a level and a reference line for the bottom. I just used a level and a piece of tape, and just place the number so it just touches the tape on bottom, Then I fasten one mounting screw and step back to adjust the rotation. Once set, I run the screws snug and move to the next. It helps to measure distance between numbers at the nearest points so keep consistent spacing. These are cast brass so they will last a long time and they look great on that last porch step riser of our old house.
