I bought this only to tie around my waist as a costume for a luau party. A week later, we were going to Key West, and I shoved it in my luggage on a whim. When we went on a sail boat, it got a little chilly and windy, so I pulled this out and used it like a blanket over my legs. It took the chill off, and looked really pretty while doing so. I can definitely see myself using this as a bathing suit cover-up in the future. Perfect size to wrap and tie in different ways. It didn't seem to be see-through, the material is smooth and hangs well, and the edges are finished. Beautiful bright colors and a crisp design.
