I ordered the reversible Swagman Poncho liner by Helikon-Tex, through Emperion SRL. I have had an outstanding customer service experience with them and wanted to share my experience of their support and of the product itself.For those wanting the concise version - here are the highlights. The longer version review of Emperion SRL follows at the end.Concise review of Emperion SRL:Emperion SRL provided outstanding customer service. They promptly and accurately answered my questions about order status, potential import custom duties, and package status. Usually they replied in about 1-2 days of when I sent in a question on the Amazon platform. Please remember they are in Italy so time zones do vary. Your question submitted in the middle of your day, could be the middle of their night. When my order was returned to sender/seller by the shipping company (through no fault of Emperion), Emperion shipped out a new replacement Swagman Roll. It arrived about 4 days from the time they shipped it. Overall a fantastic outcome, and support by Emperion. I would definitely recommend them.Concise Overview of the Swagman Roll - This is a great product with the added bonus of being a reversible poncho liner, blanket, underquilt, pillow, or lightweight (definitely summer weight) sleeping bag. The "reversible" description refers to differing camo patterns on the inside versus the outside of the garment. The warmth to weight ratio is good. It is water resistant (but not water proof), and very sturdy. The only con in my opinion, is when used as a sleeping bag, it is quite narrow if you are a stocky or heavy shouldered person - so can be quite constraining. I tend to use mine as more of a blanket or the poncho liner. Grunt Proof on You Tube has a great torture test of the product, if anyone wants to see how it performs.Long Review Version: Emperion SRLWhile browsing Amazon I came across this reversible (two-different camo pattern on the inside versus the outside) Swagman Roll, and was delighted. I have several of the standard Swagman Rolls and have greatly enjoyed them over the years. So I was delighted to discover this one, as I was unaware that they made reversible camo patterned Swagmen Rolls.I am in the USA, so this product shipping from Emperion SRl, was shipped to me from overseas (from Italy). After ordering I had concerns about potential customs duties, and contacted the seller. Emperion answered my questions, and was able to confirm that no additional import duties should be expected. This turned out to be correct. They quickly shipped out the Swagman Roll after resolving those questions.Unfortunately during shipping the parcel was damaged and was returned to the seller by the shipper, shortly before its anticipated delivery date. This was absolutely no fault Emperion. When I contacted them, they were prompt to reply and sent a new Swagman Roll out to replace the original one. The shipping was quick - about 4 days from when they sent me the new tracking number to when the article arrived - which is amazingly fast considering it was an overseas order. Overall a great experience, and I would highly recommend them as a seller.
