Helikon-Tex Pocket MED Insert - Cordura Adaptive Groen

I'm really liking this medical insert from Helikon-tex. It can absolutely be kept in a large cargo pocket although it's a bit tall for that. Alternatively it'll also work spectacularly in a bag what with it's minimal foot print. Although something that needs to be said about this product is it's intended mainly to function as a comprehensive boo boo kit so if you're looking for something that will function more along the lines of a trauma kit you'll want to look at something else.But that being said it does what it is designed to do very well. You can get quite a few basic first aid items inside of it to tackle virtually every minor injury a person can have. However you will need to invest in some individual packets of things such as antibiotic ointment and painkillers for it.One final thing that I will say about this product is that the so-called reflective material on the front of it doesn't appear to be terribly reflective from what I'm able to see.

This is a great size to fit inside the Helikon tex general purpose pouch. Not big enough for a large first aid kit but big enough for the basics. solid and well made like most Helikon tex gear.

Genau was ich gesucht habe. Alles wichtige passt hinein. Die Größe ist so, dass sie auch noch perfekt in eine Hose mit Beintaschen passt. Die innere Aufteilung ist sinnvoll und es lässt sich alles gut organisieren. Wie von Helikon-Tex gewohnt ist die Verarbeitungsqualität sehr hoch. Perfektes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis!

Dachte zuerst das wäre nur etwas für Pflaster o.ö. (Wegen den Produktbildern), aber die Tasche lässt sich ziemlich vollpacken:- Israeli Bandage klein (4 Zoll) passt quasi perfekt (die 6 Zoll passt nicht)- Eine Rettungsdecke- Ein Set Pflaster- Handschuhe im AußenfachMan hätte jetzt auch noch Platzt für- Eine Dekompressionsnadel oder einen Stift (am seitlichen Gummiband)- Kleinzeugs wie Aspirin oder Kurotex- Rettungsschere (Einschub auf der Rückseite, gesichert mit Klett)Dann ist die Tasche voll. Hab noch andere Sachen ausprobiert die reinpassen, dann müsste etwas von der oberen Liste ausgetauscht werden:- SWAT-T Tourniquet- Compressed GauzeTourniquets rate ich lieber am Gürtel oder in der Hosentasche zu tragen, für einen schnelleren Zugriff.Die Pouch passt perfekt in die Beintasche der Bundeswehr Feldhose (oder jede andere Cargohose), leider ist der Tragegriff zum ziehen aus besagten Taschen etwas zu flach und deshalb schwer zu ergreifen.Außerdem sind die Gummischlaufen am Boden der Pouch überflüssig, weil hier platzierte Gegenstände den Inhalt der seitlichen Einschübe (Israeli Bandage, Rettungsdecke) nach oben schieben bzw. deren Platz einschränken.Insgesamt tolle Lösung, vor allem bei dem Preis.

It's a well made product and suits my needs for field use.
