Used this in my 2011 Scirocco, for which it has been holding up for quite some time now, and the quality also felt similar to the OEM, Hella afaik traditionally makes automotive lightbulbs, but all of their electronic components tend to be of pretty high quality.I saw someone gave a bad review because it didn't work on his passat, and that the OEM sensors did work for him, which makes me wonder wether or not by some chance he ordered it for the wrong passat, this one would only fit the 1.8, 2.0 and r32 from 2008 to 2012, it would be weird for a (rather simple) hella product to not work for that one particular car while it seems to have great reviews for basically all other models cross-site..All I can say with certainty is that it worked for me, and that Hella is generally very high quality when it comes to electrical components

Installed this sensor on my 2015 VW Jetta TDI. After starting the car, all of the trouble lights on the dash disappeared on their own. It was a perfect replacement for the original part #WHT003858.
